Non Profit Music Chamber Orchestra

 

Formed by the best musicians from the best orchestras in Spain, the Non Profit Music Chamber Orchestra has become the only Spanish orchestra nominated twice as Best Classical Music Performer

in Music Awards.

 

The orchestra has participated in numerous concerts organized

by Non Profit Music Foundation which have been broadcasted on Spanish RTVE and has made three recordings: Tears of Beauty, Meeting With a Friend and No Seasons

 

 

 

Albert Guinovart

 

Composer, arranger and pianist Albert Guinovart has performed numerous concerts and has made numerous recordings for labels such of Harmonia Mundi, Sony Classical, Decca and EMI among others.

 

His role as orchestrator in the film The Artist was recognized by receiving the Academy Award for Best Original Score. He has also received two awards for Best MAX composition Mar i Cel and La Vampira del Raval.

 

With the Non Profit Music Foundation has collaborated in carrying out the Madrid al Piano concert series held in the Palacio de Cibeles.

 

 

 

Ara Malikian

 

One of the most outstanding violinists of the national and international scene and founder along with composer Jorge Grundman of the Non Profit Music Chamber Orchestra.

 

He has participated in numerous concerts organized by Non Profit Music Foundation which have been retransmitted by Spanish RTVE and has made four recordings: Tears of Beauty,

Meeting With a Friend, No Seasons and Minds.

 

 

 

B3 Classic Trio

 

One of the of Clarinet, Cello and Piano trio outstanding national and international scene and winners of the Grand Prix Pierre Lantier in Paris International Chamber Music Competition.

 

They have participated in numerous concerts organized by Non Profit Music Foundation and recordings broadcast by

Spanish RTVE and has made three recordings: Chamber Music Discoveries, New Chamber Music Discoveries and Autumn.

 

 

 

Brodsky Quartet

 

Brodsky Quartet is at the forefront of the international interpretation and has supported the new creation especialemente repeatedly collaborating with composers such as Sir Peter Maxwell Davies, Osvaldo Golijov and Jorge Grundman.

 

The result of collaboration with the latter composer has participated in a concert broadcast by Spanish RTVE from the National Auditorium of Music and has made two recordings sponsored by the Foundation Non Profit Music:

God's Sketches and A mortuis Resurgere.

 

 

 

Daniel del Pino

 

One of the best known spanish pianists on the international stage and artistic director of numerous national and international festivals.

 

He has participated in numerous concerts organized by Non Profit Music Foundation which have been retransmitted by Spanish RTVE and has made four recordings: No Seasons, Minds, 2 +2 4 Kapustin and W Sonatas for Violin and Piano.

 

 

 

Dragos Balan

 

Cello Soloist of the Symphony Orchestra at the Teatro Real Madrid has also premiered many works written by the composer Jorge Grundman.

 

He has participated in numerous concerts organized by Non Profit Music Foundation which have been retransmitted by Spanish RTVE and has made three recordings: Tears of Beauty, Meeting With a Friend and No Seasons.

 

 

 

Eduardo Fernández

 

Extraordinary Prize Winner Guerrero Foundation and Manuel Falla Award of Granada, Eduardo Fernandez has been considered by Fanfare Magazine as Alicia de Larrocha successor.

 

With the Non Profit Music Foundation has collaborated in carrying out the Madrid al Piano concert series held in the Palacio de Cibeles.

 

 

 

Habemus Quartet

 

The unique quartet in Spain dedicated to the dissemination of contemporary consonant music, Habemus Quartet maintains a close relationship with the Non Profit Music Foundation, main promoter of their activities.

 

They have participated in numerous concerts organized by Non Profit Music Foundation which have been retransmitted by Spanish RTVE.

 

 

 

Jaime Fernández Soriano

 

Assistant percussion soloist in ORCAM, he works regularly with major orchestras and ensembles on the national scene, and some others like Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra, Atlantic Symphony Orchestra (New Jersey), Firebird Orchestra or Orpheus Sinfonia (London), acting on main European halls.

 

He has collaborated with the Brodsky Quartet in a concert organized

by Non Profit Music Foundation and which has been retransmitted by

Spanish RTVE and has made the recordingGod's Sketches.

 

 

 

Jesús Amigo

 

Director deeply involved with the current musical creation, which has led him to premiere and commission numerous works and research in the repertoire less frequent of the twentieth century.

 

They have participated in numerous concerts organized by Non Profit Music Foundation and he has made two recordings:Three Portraits With Shadow and Aram Khachaturian: Violin Concerto.

 

 

 

José Miguel Pérez Sierra

 

Considered one of the most important directors of his generation, the Madrid maestro José Miguel Pérez-Sierra worked with the Classical Orchestra of Spain and the Non Profit Music Foundation at the premiere of the Moon Dances written by Vahktang Kakhidze at a benefit concert to raise awareness

society for earthquake victims in Haiti.

 

The concert held at the National Auditorium of Music and It was broadcast by Spanish Television.

 

 

 

Juan Carlos Garvayo

 

Juan Carlos Garvayo is one of the most active and versatile Spanish pianists today. As a soloist and as a member of the prestigious Trio Arbós performs regularly in major concert halls

and festivals throughout more than 30 countries.

 

With the Non Profit Music Foundation has collaborated in carrying out the Madrid al Piano concert series held in the Palacio de Cibeles.

 

 

 

Lola Casariego

 

Exceptional mezzo-soprano who has sung in the main theaters of national and international concert as the Royal Theatre and the Lincoln Center.

 

He has collaborated with Non Profit Music Foundation in performing several concerts with the director Jesús Amigo and for the recording Three Portraits With Shadow.

 

 

 

 

Ludmil Angelov

 

Recognized worldwide for its virtuosity at the piano, Ludmil Angelov develops a pianistic activity incessant since he received the First Prize at World Piano Masters International Competition of Monte-Carlo.

 

He has participated in concerts organized by the Foundation and collaborated in carrying out the Madrid al Piano cycle. He has made World Premiere Recordings of works by Nikolai Kapustin in the CD 2 +2 4 Kapustin.

 

 

 

Luis Fernando Pérez

 

Without any doubt he is one of the Spanish pianists most celebrated national and international scene. He received the Albéniz Medal for his recording of Iberia Suite and Navarra.

 

With the Foundation has collaborated in the Madrid al Piano concert series held at the Palacio de Cibeles.

 

 

 

NeoPercusión: Juanjo Guillem

 

The Spanish percussionist Juanjo Guillem addresses the most different artistic proposals with its countless artistic and technical resources acquired through its expansive performances in

important concert halls around the world.

 

He has participated in the World Premiere Recording of the Concerto for Two Pianos and Percussion written by Nikolai Kapustin.

 

 

 

NeoPercusión: Rafael Gálvez

 

Very intensely dedicated to the dissemination of music for percussion

through working with leading groups and soloists as Daniel del Pino and Ludmil Angelov among others, he has participated in World Premiere Recording of the Concerto for Two Pianos and Percussion

written by Nikolai Kapustin.

 

 

 

Susana Cordón

 

Without any doubt, one of the best voices on the spanish scene and international and prove it for

Deutsche Grammophon,Chandos or Non Profit Music recordings.

 

She has participated in numerous concerts organized by Foundation which have been broadcast on Spanish RTVE

and has made three recordings:

No Seasons, God's Sketches and A mortuis Resurgere.

 

 

 

Trío Arbós

 

Today it is one of the most prestigious chamber groups of Spanish music scene, having made more than twenty recordings for labels such as Naxos or Non Profit Music, having received the National Music Prize in 2013.

 

They have participated in an organized concert by Non Profit Music Foundation and which has been broadcasted by Spanish RTVE and have made two recordings: Play It Again and Kapustin Piano Trios.

 

 

 

Vicente Cueva

 

It has won the hearts of audiences with his warm sound, his honesty in the approach to the classical repertoire and freshness and dynamic addressing contemporary music.

 

He has participated in concerts organized by the Non Profit Music Foundation that have been broadcast on Spanish RTVE and has made World Premiere Recording of W Sonatas for Violin and Piano by Jorge Grundman.
